Here are some methods to remove the error
#1. Try removing genius database
Try removing the Genius database. In the “Finder” go to the /username/Music/iTunes/ folder and delete the “iTunes Library Genius.itdb” file. This may allow the program to launch again. This file will be recreated upon first use of the “Genius” feature.
This will help you solve the problem.
#2.Try the following
1. Go to the following folder: username/Music/iTunes/
2. Remove the following files from this folder:
iTunes Library Genius.itdb
iTunes Library Extras.itdb
3. Open iTunes.
4. You will have to re-scan your media.
