Returns and Refunds

AppleNerds allows exchanges and refunds within 14 days of delivery of the product. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges of the purchased item for another.

The return or exchange procedure requires the customer to return the item to our warehouse (the address will be provided at the start of the procedure), and the customer will be obligated to pay the cost.

After checking that the returned product is not damaged, a refund or the dispatch of a new product will be made.

If products are damaged and a request for a refund or exchange results, the issue will be settled immediately at no additional cost and without the need to return the product.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
